Someone Stole the Baby Jesus!

Yes, Christmas is not going to be the same this year, sad to say.

 

Today, “The Indianapolis Star” (12/11/14) reports that someone stole the baby Jesus and He weighed “20 pounds” (that’s bad news for Mary, don’t you think?).

 

“We just want Baby Jesus returned,” the newspaper headline declares.

 

After all, how can we have a merry Christmas without the baby Jesus?

 

The article calls this anti-Christmas act “a poor display of Christmas spirit” as “thieves have stolen a 2-foot statue of the baby Jesus from a Nativity scene outside the Indiana Masonic Home” in Franklin, Indiana.

 

At least, we people here in Indiana take our faith seriously, don’t you think?
